This is the most common question we receive! Here's how it works:
Important: Each coupon code can only be used ONCE. When you place an order with a value less than your coupon, the system automatically:
Uses the required amount from your coupon
Converts the remaining balance to Reward Points in your account
Marks the coupon as "Used"
Example:
Your Coupon: Rs. 2,000
Your Order: Rs. 500 (Flipkart Voucher)
Remaining: Rs. 1,500 converted to 1,500 Reward Points
Your Balance is Safe!
Login to your account and check "My Reward Points" to see your available balance. Use these points on your next order!
Q Can I use multiple Coupon Codes in one order?

No. Only one coupon code can be applied per order. If you have multiple coupon codes, you will need to place separate orders for each.

Q What is the validity of my Coupon Code?

Reward Coupon Codes come with lifetime validity - they don't expire!
Note: While the coupon doesn't expire, once you order a Gift Voucher (like Amazon/Flipkart), that voucher will have its own expiry date (usually 1 year from issuance).
Q Can I cancel or disable a Coupon Code?

Gift Vouchers are delivered via email only. After placing your order:
You will receive the voucher details (Code + PIN) to your registered email
Delivery time: Within 48 hours (usually much faster)
Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see the email
Important - Corporate Email Warning:
If you're using a corporate/office email, your company's firewall may block voucher emails. We strongly recommend using a personal email (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) for receiving vouchers.
Q I didn't receive my Gift Voucher email. What should I do?

Check Spam/Junk folder - Voucher emails sometimes land there
Check Promotions tab - Gmail users should check the Promotions tab
Wait 48 hours - Some vouchers may take up to 48 hours to process
Verify email address - Ensure you entered the correct email during checkout
Corporate Email Issue:
Many corporate email systems block automated emails with voucher codes. If you used an office email, the voucher may have been blocked by your company's firewall. Contact our support team with your Order ID.
