Do recipients need an account before I can send them points?
No. Send to any email address — if there is no account yet we create one and email them an invitation to set a password. Their points are waiting the moment they sign in.
Can I take points back?
Points that have not been redeemed can be reclaimed to your company balance from the recipients view. Once someone has redeemed a voucher, that value has been spent and cannot be reversed.
