How to Place Your Order

Redeem your Coupon Code or Reward Points to get your favorite brand's gift voucher in just a few simple steps

How to Redeem Coupon Code

Follow these steps if you have a coupon code from your employer

Browse & Select Your Brand

Explore our collection of 50+ popular brands including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, and more. Click on your preferred brand to view available voucher options.

Choose Denomination & Add to Cart

Select your desired voucher amount. For brands with Open Denominations, enter any amount between Rs. 10 and Rs. 10,000. Click "Add to Cart" to proceed.

Go to Checkout & Enter Your Coupon Code

At checkout page, look for the "Apply Discount Code" section. Enter your coupon code (e.g., ABCD12) and click "Apply Discount" button. Your coupon value will be deducted from the order total.

                        Important: Only ONE coupon code can be used per order. If your order total is less than your coupon value, the remaining balance automatically converts to Reward Points in your account.
                    

Complete Order & Receive Voucher

Enter your email address (we recommend using a personal email like Gmail), review your order, and click "Place Order". Your gift voucher code will be delivered to your email within 48 hours!

How to Redeem Reward Points

Use the Reward Points balance in your account to place orders

Login to Your Account

Click on "Sign In" at the top right corner of the page and enter your registered email and password. Reward Points can only be used when you are logged in.

                        Tip: Check your Reward Points balance in "My Account" > "My Reward Points" section.
                    

Browse & Add Products to Cart

Select your preferred brand and voucher denomination. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Apply Reward Points at Checkout

On the checkout page, look for the "Reward Points" section below the order summary. You will see your available points balance. Check the box "Use Reward Points" or enter the number of points you want to use, then click "Apply".

                        Value: 1 Reward Point = Rs. 1. If you have 2000 points, you can redeem up to Rs. 2000 worth of vouchers.
                    

Complete Order & Receive Voucher

Review your order total (should show reduced amount after applying points), confirm your email address, and click "Place Order". Your gift voucher will be delivered to your registered email within 48 hours.

Important Information

Email Delivery: Vouchers are sent via email only. Use a personal email (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) as corporate emails may block automated messages.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the voucher email.
Combining Both: You can use a Coupon Code AND Reward Points together on the same order. Apply the coupon code first, then use points to cover any remaining balance.
No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review carefully before placing your order.
Voucher Validity: Gift vouchers have their own expiry (usually 1 year). Check the voucher email for specific validity dates.
