1. What this store is

Rewards by OffiNeeds ("the Store") is a rewards redemption platform. You redeem reward points, coupon codes or both for digital gift vouchers of third-party brands in India and other countries. The Store does not sell vouchers for money to individuals and does not accept card payments from members. It is operated by Touchstone Enterprises Private Limited, Bengaluru, India ("OffiNeeds", "we").

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical or digital signature. By creating an account, signing in or placing an order you accept these Terms, the Voucher Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Business Rewards accounts must be opened by a person authorised to act for their organisation.
• One account per person, in your own name and with an email address you control. Keep your password private; everything done through your sign-in is treated as done by you. Tell us at once at rewards@offineeds.com if you suspect misuse.
• Your account is shared across every country storefront of the Store; your balance and vouchers follow you when you switch country.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or at the request of the organisation that issued its points.

3. Reward points and coupon codes

• Points and coupon codes are issued to you by a programme sponsor, normally your employer, a business partner or an organisation running a rewards programme with OffiNeeds ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor decides who receives points, how many and when. OffiNeeds does not sell points to individuals.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold. They can be used only in this Store.
• One point is worth one Indian rupee of voucher value. Vouchers in other currencies are priced in points at the exchange rate shown in the Store header at the time you order; that rate is fixed once a day and includes our costs.
• A coupon code is single-use. When you apply it, its value is credited to your wallet as points and the code is consumed; it cannot be reused or reinstated, and any value above your order stays in your wallet.
• Points do not have an expiry date set by the Store. A Sponsor may ask us to withdraw unused points it funded (for example when an employee leaves the organisation) or set an end date for its programme; where it does, we will honour that.
• Points credited by mistake, through a technical fault or through fraud may be reversed.

4. Orders and vouchers

• An order is placed when you click Place Order and the points or coupon value are deducted. Vouchers are digital and are delivered to the email address on your account and under My Account → My Vouchers.
• A voucher is issued by the brand or its authorised distributor, not by OffiNeeds. Once a voucher code has been issued it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned or refunded, because the code is live and usable the moment it is delivered. Please check the brand, denomination and country before you order.
• If a voucher cannot be issued, the points are returned to your wallet automatically. If you believe an order failed but your points were not returned, write to rewards@offineeds.com with the order number.
• Delivery, validity, where a voucher can be used and the brand's own rules are described in the Voucher Terms & Conditions and on each brand page.
• For some brands we verify your email or Indian mobile number with a one-time code before the order is placed. Keep that code to yourself.

5. Business Rewards accounts

• Business Rewards lets an approved organisation fund a balance, send points to its people and see redemptions. Requests are reviewed and approved by OffiNeeds; we may decline or suspend an account.
• Balances are held in Indian rupees. Top-ups are prepaid: the amount paid is credited as points to the organisation's balance once the payment clears, and a receipt is issued. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
• Points sent to a person belong to that person once they are credited, subject to the Sponsor's right to reclaim unredeemed points described in section 3.
• Unused business balance is not paid out in cash except where the law requires it. Contact us at rewards@offineeds.com to discuss an unused balance.
• The account owner is responsible for everyone they add as an admin and for the recipients and amounts they enter.

6. Prices, taxes and errors

Prices in points are shown before you order. Where applicable, taxes are included in the points price or stated on the invoice issued to the Sponsor. We correct obvious pricing or exchange-rate errors and may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, returning the points to you.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Store to launder value, to obtain vouchers with points or codes you are not entitled to, to probe or attack the service, to scrape the catalogue, or to resell vouchers in breach of the brand's terms. We may cancel orders, withhold vouchers and close accounts where we suspect fraud, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

8. Brands and trademarks

Brand names, logos and gift cards belong to the respective brands and are shown to identify the vouchers available. No brand sponsors or endorses the Store. OffiNeeds sources vouchers through authorised distributors.

9. Our liability

We provide the Store with reasonable care but cannot promise that it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the points value of that order, and we are not liable for a brand's refusal to honour a voucher, for codes lost or shared after delivery, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always at rewards.offineeds.com/terms with its date at the top. Material changes are also announced in the Store. Continuing to use the Store after a change means you accept it.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact rewards@offineeds.com first; most issues are resolved within a few working days.
